GOOD TO KNOW
Frequently asked questions
How big are the balls?
Each ball is 3cm (about 1.2 inches) across. They are mini ornaments, perfect for filling gaps between bigger ornaments, small trees, wreaths and garlands.
How many packs do I need?
For a 6-7 ft tree, most people use 2-3 packs (60-90 balls) together with their bigger ornaments. For a small or tabletop tree, 1 pack is usually enough.
When will my order arrive?
Shipping to the US is free. Orders ship in 1-3 business days and are delivered 5-8 business days after that (6-11 business days in total). You get a tracking number by email. Order by December 8 for Christmas delivery.
Are hooks included?
Hooks are not included. Each ball has a gold-tone cap with a loop, so any ornament hook or a short piece of ribbon works.
